Making better use of homes.

Since I was little, Järbo and Kungsberget have been part of my life and my friends' lives, especially during the winter holidays. After buying my own home here in February 2021, I started spending a lot of time here, above all in summer and autumn.

In 2023, I began noticing how many homes stood empty for long periods. Then, in 2024, a project team asked if I could help them find accommodation. I said yes – on the condition that I could inspect the homes during their stay.

After over 200 inspections and many conversations with owners, partners and companies, an approach has taken shape that works for the companies, the owners and the place. A peaceful place to come home to after the working day – while fewer homes stand empty and instead generate income during more of the year.
